When will hotel service improve?
The lodging industry has taken a nosedive since this summer. When will it bottom out?
You probably don't need a study to tell you that customer service fell off a cliff this summer.
But it helps. In its recent North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index, J.D. Power reported a decline in guest satisfaction. Guests complained they weren't getting their money's worth and that their rooms weren't as clean or nice as they'd been in the past.
