Should airlines punish fare hackers like this?

FRIDAY FORUM: A teenager had a very bad flight this week. But did American Airlines go too far?

Remember when I reported that airlines had quietly started tracking fare hackers by their names and birthdates? 

Well, earlier this week, they caught their first fare scofflaw: Hunter Parsons' teenage son, who was traveling from Gainesville, Fla., to New York.
