This week's podcast originates in Paris. We're not entirely sure how we ended up here, but the French capital will be our home for the next month.
Someone turned up the heat here. It's in the triple digits today. Hotter than Athens. Our apartment has no air conditioning, so we are taking cold showers to keep from overheating. (Hey, it's an adventure!)

This is the Centre Pompidou, the modern art museum in Paris. I took this photo in the early afternoon. It must have been close to 100 degrees.
The food scene in Paris is remarkable. Here's Aren standing in line at his favorite Falafel stand. Totally worth the wait.
Of course, there is also bread.
Most of the baguettes we've bought are still warm. We eat them before we return to the apartment. Seeing these three tall American guys eating baguettes and walking through the 19th Arrondissement must look funny to the French.
