Oh no! Air travel complaints are soaring

Did we make a big mistake by giving the industry $81 billion?

This just in: Complaints about air travel took off this summer. The Department of Transportation (DOT) yesterday reported a 16.5 percent increase in air travel service complaints from June to July. Overall, complaints are more than 264 percent above pre-pandemic levels. 

Maybe it's time to talk about the mistake.
