Hertz is selling off part of its EV fleet. Is that a good idea?

It may be, at least for some of us. In a regulatory filing on Thursday, Hertz said it’s selling about 20,000 EVs in the U.S. — about one-third of its global electric fleet — and buying internal-combustion-engine vehicles.
