EXCLUSIVE: Business travel is roaring back and airlines are returning to pre-pandemic policies

So much for the delta dip.

The highly infectious COVID variant made a small dent in travel bookings, but it looks like it was very small. New reservations data from TripActions shows bookings are up 17 percent from last week. 

Airline reservations took a little break in August, with bookings essentially flat from the previous month.
