Sometimes, a seemingly simple car rental can turn complicated. That's what happened to Diana Welcer when she recently rented a car from Enterprise in Kansas City.
She says Enterprise sent her someone else's bill, charging her an extra $160.
"I sent Enterprise an email and a representative told me they would credit my account for the overcharge," she says. "But they haven't."
