If you had pandemic flight credits, they're gone. Here's how to get them back.

When Patricia Harman-Murray booked tickets on British Airways from San Francisco to London in 2020, she had every intention of making the flight. 

But then the pandemic happened. British Airways canceled her flight, and her online travel agent, Expedia, offered her a flight credit that expired in two years.

Fast-forward to the present day. Harman-Murray hasn't been able to use her $2,876 voucher yet, and Expedia says her flight credits are gone. Is she out of luck?

Maybe not.
