Tobi Du thought she had prepaid for a Thrifty rental car through Expedia. But after she returned her vehicle, she discovered she was only half right. She had paid Expedia, but Expedia hadn't paid Thrifty.

And you can probably guess what happened next. That's right, Thrifty charged her another $60 to cover the rental. Someone’s gotta pay!
