Consumer Alert: Don't fall for this airline ticket lie!
Travel companies are betting you won't read the fine print. Here's what it says.
If your flight is delayed this summer, your airline or online travel agency might offer you a ticket credit. That's what happened to Catherine Jackson when her flight from Boston to Charlotte was rescheduled in June.
Justfly.com, her online agency, said she'd get a voucher that expired within a year. American Airlines had changed her flight schedule by three hours. She agreed.
And that's the last she heard from Justfly.com.
"Can you please help?" she says.
