When Elizabeth Schmidt tried to redeem $2,125 in United Airlines ticket credits, she received an error message on her computer. And then the ticket credits were gone.
Schmidt asked United Airlines to restore the lost vouchers, but it wouldn't.
"I've spent hours on the phone with United, working my way up to the highest level customer service rep," she says. "Then I was referred to their customer care department form on the website. No one at United seems to be able to assist me."
