Here's how to catch a business when it tries to bend the truth
Kenneth Nutter doesn't like being lied to.
And he says Booking.com bent a few facts when it recently rented him an apartment in Dublin.
Booking.com claimed it was a one-bedroom apartment, but it was just one room. It promised him hot water, but he only had cold water. Nutter was willing to overlook the size, but he couldn't live without hot water.
"After one night, I had to check out," he says.
