Travel companies use misleading language to sell their products. Don't fall for it.
When Ellen Pearson saw that Viking Cruises offered a "risk-free" guarantee for her next sailing, she didn't need to read further. She booked a cruise to Norway to see the Northern Lights.
"I took great comfort in Viking's risk-free guarantee," she says. "I just felt secure because I know Viking’s reputation and trusted all was well."
