One of our readers, Phil Isaac, says they are. He has an El Al ticket from Los Angeles to Tel Aviv on July 3. But after war erupted, every major carrier canceled flights to Israel and Ben Gurion airport closed. Even Israel's national carrier said it suspended its flights through the end of June because of the conflict.
