One of our readers got a $1,000 flight voucher from Frontier Airlines. Then he saw the fine print.
Before you volunteer to give up your seat on an overbooked flight, listen to what happened to Kenneth Bryant.
Back in April, Bryant had a ticket to fly from Syracuse to Orlando on Frontier Airlines. The flight was oversold and a Frontier representative asked for volunteers.
"The gate agent told me that I would receive a $1,000 travel voucher," he says.
But there was a catch.
