The sight of Japan Airlines flight 516 engulfed in flames is making some rethink their travel plans. Are you?

Admit it, those images of Japan Airlines flight 516 engulfed in flames sent shivers down your spine. And that includes very frequent air travelers like me.

As unbelievable as it may sound, all 379 people on board survived the crash. (Unfortunately, five of six passengers on a smaller Coast Guard aircraft with which the plane collided were killed.)
