It's official: 2022 was the worst year for airline complaints in the United States since the pandemic and the second-worst ever.

The Department of Transportation received 77,656 complaints from passengers, up 55 percent from a year before, according to the government.

If you connect the dots with the other complaints about cruises, car rentals, hotels and vacation rentals, it sure does make you wonder if there's a bigger problem.

Welcome to the Friday Forum, a discussion about issues that matter to you. Please sign in to participate in today's discussion.
