FRIDAY FORUM: The latest airline complaints may be a sign of things to come
It's official: 2022 was the worst year for airline complaints in the United States since the pandemic and the second-worst ever.
The Department of Transportation received 77,656 complaints from passengers, up 55 percent from a year before, according to the government.
If you connect the dots with the other complaints about cruises, car rentals, hotels and vacation rentals, it sure does make you wonder if there's a bigger problem.
